Hello My Name is Tamara! In 2004, I started a small business designing handmade handbags to make extra money while I was in graduate school. I sold those handbags to local boutiques in Tallahassee, Florida where I attended graduate school . After graduation, I moved back to my home town of Houston, Texas to manage clinical research and continue my handbag business. During that time, I had a friend getting married for whom I planned a bachelorette party. After that party I started receiving requests from some of the ladies who attended her party to design and plan their events. Before I knew it, my small handbag business had evolved into an event design business. As business started to grow, I decided to take a leap of faith and design events full time.
In 2010 I married, my husband became my business partner, and The Red Experience, llc was born.
We became a full service wedding and event flower and decor company. Our offerings grew to include event design , custom invitations, wedding and event flowers, decor, and event management for all types of social and corporate events.
2020 marked my 15th year as an entrepreneur and 10 years as a floral and event designer. Today we have a team dedicated to helping our clients bring their vision of making their event a unique and memorable experience for their guests to life.
