Begin Your Custom Floral & Event Design Experience
Thank you for your interest in The Red Experience. Once your inquiry is received, our team will reach out to schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation. This initial conversation allows us to learn more about your event vision, priorities, and design goals—and ensures we are the right creative partner for your celebration.
During your consultation, we will:

Review your floral and décor priorities, including must-have design elements

Provide an initial investment range based on your needs, wish list, and event scope
Securing Your Event Date
Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive, event dates are not held without a signed agreement and retainer. Availability is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to move forward promptly once your proposal is received to secure your date.
Design Development & Execution
Once your date is reserved, we collaborate closely to refine and finalize your custom floral and décor design. This includes thoughtful planning, curated design concepts, and detailed coordination to ensure your event is executed seamlessly.
