Extraordinary design is a considered investment, and you should know what to expect before we ever get on a call. Every Red Experience event is designed around your venue, your guests, and your vision, so no two proposals look alike. The ranges below are an honest starting point.

Typical Investment​
Weddings
For weddings with 100 to 150 guests, most couples invest between $8,500 and $10,500. This typically covers flowers, candles, and vessel rentals.

Fully Custom Weddings
Designs with bespoke details, signage, decorative linen, and statement installations generally begin at $12,000 to $14,000.
​
Full-Service Social Events
$4,500 to $6,500, including floral and non-floral décor. Centerpiece-only options are available for select events.

Interactive, guided floral experiences for showers, birthdays, and corporate events.

Each includes a 3-hour event and delivery, setup, and breakdown within 20 miles of our studio. An 8.25% sales tax applies, and a 50% deposit is required.

Timing
​Planning a wedding or large-scale event? We recommend reserving your floral and décor team 9 to 12 months in advance, especially during Houston's peak wedding season. For full-service social events, 3 to 6 months is ideal.
